Whether You’re A Complete Beginner, Go Out On The Occasional Jog, Run Regularly Or Just Want To Maintain Your Fitnes By Walking The Route Each Weekend You Can Join Our VFC Team Run Group
VFC Run Club is a friendly, supportive group of motivational people who are all here to achieve the same goals as you! You won’t be walking/jogging/running alone, there will be someone who is at the same running level as you who can support you and visa versa.
There is no pressure to complete a specific distance. The entire Goss Moor route is 7 miles but there are markers around the route that state the 1.5Mile, 2Mile, 2.5Mile & 3 Mile Mark so you have the option as to whether you want to go as far as the 1.5Mile Mark then turn back completing 3 Miles In Total and so on..
Now before you say it..You can run! Everyone can run! No matter your fitness level, shape or size you can run! You just need to be taught how. Common mistakes are running too fast, not knowing how to breath and hold yourself up right – wearing the wrong trainers and many more – well I teach everyone all of these running traits! Running is my passion, I have been running for 10+ Year and completed uncountable amount of 5K and 10K Charity Runs, half marathons and completed my first full 26 mile marathon back in May 2017. We will start with timed jogs/walks building up each week and by week 8 you will be jogging the entire 3 miles without stopping and then as the weeks continue and your stamina improves you can go further increasing your running distance.

Please make sure you enter your E-Mail Address properly if you’re new to run club as there are a few forms I’ll need to send you and have you complete and bring with you to your first running session.
